Mongo Mugs 2.5 exists as an expression of process that occurred owing to a single private sentence said to me by Jessica Yatrofsky while we were discussing my AI project and our peers' response to my first AI NFT art project, Pepeverse.

In speaking that sentence to me, a special and phenomenal arrangement of words and meaning which inspires the idea I share here, a metaphoric thorn was pulled cleanly from my heart. It was the source of an ache that had become evermore aggravating to me and worse than ever before. In a fell swoop, the spoken sentence worked its power and it stole my breath. Suddenly, I was freed.

To recognize this moment, I created this work. This art is for you. It is magic like you, and magic is a word we all use to describe a feature of life and reality which cannot be put to words. I love you, always, and this is how I create. It is unexpected. Its value extends to places that are beyond our sense yet within our notice. It is proversive. Mongo Mugs 2.5 is Jungian alchemy as a sigil. Human evolution has happened, and my work HERE brings up the importance of what levitation looks like. As is all my work in my Mongo Mugs collections and series, Mongo Mugs 2.5 is imbued with surprise and joy.
