What I drew is a question about what we will be doing to ourselves ahead of whatever nature would have done at a slower pace.

AI, as the expansion of our collective knowledge will be dictating what we dream, how to think, and what we will do, calculated on our historical wants.

(20 years ago I thought the Google search engine will be this new God but now we see that it's this next gen that does not just act as a simple info fetcher)

So what will we have? Maybe when we have stopped thinking even more we will gobble up whatever the AI influencers suggest to us.

Extra limbs. A synthetic penis with all the nerves. A fully functional artificial vagina. Extra musculature for the next physical expansion of us into new territories.
